Complaint Procedure
If you have a concern regarding Al Baron Security Services or its subcontractors, you may either contact one of our employees directly or email us at complaintsandgrievances@albarongroup.co.uk.
To assist us in addressing your complaint effectively, please provide as much detail as possible about the circumstances and the reasons for your concern.
While we encourage you to include your name and contact details to facilitate a prompt response, we respect your right to remain anonymous. If you prefer anonymity, we will make every effort to establish an alternative means of communication, such as an anonymous email account.
Receipt of Complaint
We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and respond within five working days. Our initial steps will include evaluating your concern and appointing a designated Al Baron Security Services point of contact. If the matter can be resolved quickly, we will do so; otherwise, our point of contact will keep you informed with progress updates and communicate the final outcome.
We will maintain your confidentiality to the fullest extent possible, subject to legal requirements. However, if our investigation indicates that a criminal act may have occurred, we may be obligated to report the matter to the relevant authorities. In such cases, we will fully support any government investigation and may be required to disclose related correspondence.
